Jamie reached out to me after seeing my video for Goldbelly.   She had built a jewelry business on a dance career and a fascination for creating objects full of great passion, longevity, and meaning. Her business flourished at Barneys and Neiman Marcus.  Jamie was ready to tell her story.  I found it intriguing that all of her work was fabricated in an old New York City workshop, by hand. I spent a day closing in on the craftsmen's hands and vintage tools. I then added the soundtrack of “Beautiful Mechanical” by YMusic which gives almost a Philip Glass rhythm to drive the imagery.
